WOD Crazy 7s
The workout yesterday was crazy as the title above implies. I wasn't prepared for such an intense and explosive workout but at the end of the day, it was all good :) Our good O' Quezzy Pooh will post the workout details. Pictures will follow later today. We had some technical difficulties with the camera or should I say, user err :P Happy Sunday!!!
